COVID-19 Guidelines

We have put in place all the guidelines Set out by the government.

  1. Markings on the floor of social distancing measures and Guidances displayed
  2. Temperature is taken for all customers and guests Upon entering
  3. Contactless sanitizers are placed  thoughtout our establishments
  4. QR code for registration your details for Contact tracing
  5. Contactless menu are linked to your smart Mobile, but clean menu are given when not possible
  6. Table are spaced out where possible with 1 metre plus distance
  7. Face marks and shields are warn by our staff’s when serving meal and drinks
  8.  Deep clean before opening, during and after closing to insure minimise risk of infection

We insure all safety measures are taken by our staff’s and management.

Re opening 5th of July

We are following the Guidelines set out the Government on minimising the spread of COVID-19 virus. Customers will have to follow the guidelines placed in our establishment which will be displayed throughout dining area. Temperature measurement will be taken of customers as they enter the premises. Contactless sanitizers are placed in key area’s with displayed  guidelines. Our tables has been spaced out with over 1 metre plus where possible and a screen has been placed around the bar where orders will be taken. Our staff’s will be wearing their PPE at all times, for safety for all. Face masks will be worn? by the staffs who will be serving food and drinks. Toilets will be in minimal use ?and will be monitored at all times.

Table booking and Pre orders of the meals are taken to minimise time on tables to reduce the risk of spread of the virus. We will soon have a user friendly online ordering app. For booking, with dining in pre order option, ordering takeaways and delivery. And special offers and discounts. Our app will include track and trace as set out by the NHS and government.

We at Royal Bengal wish all our customers to dining in experience in confidence. And to enjoy their meal which is cooked by our award wining Chef.
